Terms and Conditions – Danplanner Demo

1. General

Danplanner Demo is a demo campsite. All prices and information on the website are indicative and are subject to change without notice.

2. Booking and payment

Reservations are made online via our booking system. Payment is made immediately upon booking, unless otherwise stated. A booking is only valid when the payment has been registered.

3. Cancellation and changes

Cancellation must be made in writing. If cancelled no later than 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded. If cancelled later, no refund will be given. Changes to the reservation can be made by agreement.

4. Arrival and departure

Check-in can be done from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out must be done no later than 1:00 PM. 12:00 on the day of departure.

5. Responsibility

Staying at the campsite is at your own risk. Danplanner Demo assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons, property or vehicles.

6. Personal data

We process your information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and only in connection with your booking.
